TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Acceptance & free use

By using FreeDigitalClock.com you agree to these terms. The site — digital clock, world clock, timer, stopwatch and pomodoro — is provided free for personal, educational and commercial display use (classrooms, offices, gyms, receptions). No account or payment is required.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

All tools read your device system clock. We use millisecond-aligned timing with zero added drift, but we cannot fix a wrong system clock. For critical uses (exams, medication, dispatch, navigation):

  • Enable OS automatic time sync (NTP) on every display device.
  • Verify against an authoritative source before high-stakes events.
  • Do not rely on wake-lock or full-screen modes for safety-critical alarms — browsers may throttle background tabs.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt or attempt to overload the site or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent the site as your own product, or hotlink assets to mislead users.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of school, workplace or venue rules.

4. Intellectual property

Design, copy and code on this site are owned by FreeDigitalClock.com unless otherwise noted. You may link to any page and display the clock publicly (e.g. projected in class). You may not scrape and republish substantial portions of the site without permission. Third-party fonts (Geist, Orbitron, DSEG7) remain under their respective licenses.

5. Third-party services

Fonts and static hosting are delivered via third-party CDNs. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by those providers. Features like Wake Lock and Fullscreen depend on browser support and may vary by device.

6. "As is" & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including missed events due to device sleep, throttling, power loss or incorrect system time.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as features evolve; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us or email hello@freedigitalclock.com. Also see our Privacy Policy.
